The guarantee
If you enrol in the NFX Trading Mastery course and decide within 7 days that it is not for you, email us and we will refund your enrolment in full. No form to fill in, no hoops.
How to request a refund
Email support@nfxhub.com from the address you enrolled with, within 7 days of your purchase. Tell us the course and the email on the order. That is all we need. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take five to ten business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
What is covered
- The NFX Trading Mastery course, purchased directly on this site.
- Requests made within 7 days of the enrolment date.
What is not covered
- Requests made after the 7-day window has closed.
- Purchases made on Udemy or any other platform. Those are governed by that platform's own refund policy, not this one.
- Trading losses. This is an education product; it does not guarantee results, and market outcomes are not grounds for a refund.
Your statutory rights
This guarantee is offered in addition to any refund or cancellation rights the law already gives you as a consumer. It does not replace or reduce them. Where your payment is processed by a third party, that provider's own consumer protections also apply.
